Recently, I had the privilege of representing Western at the Virtual Immersive Learning Tech Conference. This involved an early 3AM wake-up to speak with our American friends, and a very deep dive into the production processes that underpin our work.

At Western, our PGx professional staff team operates in close collaboration with industry representatives and Academic subject-matter experts. This partnership pedagogy can take one of two paths: it can serve as a massive advantage where everyone’s skills, knowledge and energy synergise to create exceptional work, or it can pose challenges with conflicting personalities, ideas and unproductive meetings.

In this presentation, I focus on our work using CenarioVR software, and I talk here about our Double Diamond process which helps us ideate, refine and develop complex projects with large, multidisciplinary teams.
